Huge double room available in Vauxhall / Nine Elms

Currently looking for a professional girl around mid/late 20s who’s be sharing with 2 lovely girls, who’ve been living together for 1.5years.

About the room:

This room is the brightest and biggest in the flat with 3 giant windows and a big open fire place (not working but looks super cute and great for extra storage). It comes with a double bed with space for under bed storage, a double clothes rail and a chest of drawers (I can offer the second set as well as the layered shoe rack, if you want them). But as you can see there is space for a desk or extra seating too (also thinking about offering the desk if you’re interested)

We’re on the top floor of a house on a quiet road, couple mins walk from a big Sainsbury’s, lots of restaurants/cafes/pubs. It has 3 tube stops just a quick walk away: Nine Elms, Vauxhall and Stockwell (Northern and Victoria lines).

Vauxhall Park is only 2 streets away and it doesn’t take long to walk to Battersea Park/Power Station or to get into central! We’ve found the area to be lovely and safe with friendly neighbours and a lot to do!

We enjoy going for walks/to the gym (10 min walk away if you do want to join), socialising, the occasional night out mid-week/weekends to pubs/clubs/bars but are always respectful and not noisy. We’re not a party house, like keeping things clean and tidy and equally like our own time. We work full-time in the office and hybrid (wfh/in schools). We’re looking for someone to align with this, with a similar working routine/hours and who wants to be friends and not just flatmates.

I’m super sad to be leaving these girls as they’ve been so lovely and if my living arrangements hadn’t changed, I’d be having so much fun for the rest of the tenancy with, so we really want to find someone who’s a good fit to take my place.
