Flatmate wanted in a lovely Vauxhall flat!
Hi there!
My flatmate has successfully joined the property ladder and is therefore moving out in July!
I’m looking for someone to take over the double en suite room and join me in this beautiful flat overlooking Vauxhall Park and a 5 minute walk to the well connected Vauxhall stations. If you require the Northern line, that’s only a 10 minute walk to Oval.
As your new flatmate, I’m very relaxed and out most of the time playing tennis (let me know if you’re any good) and would be WFH 2/3 days a week. Other than that, I’m sociable, down for a good time, and will require a trip to the Two Sewers every now and then 🕺🏽
Bills are not included and tend to range from £190-£250
