Double Room Vauxhall/Kennington-Zone1-Livingroom

Our flatmate is moving to Barcelona this month so we have the room coming available from 1st of July.

The Flat: Its a 3 bed flat with a nice cosy living room. Luxurious finish, parquet floor, LCD TV, dishwasher, dryer, microwave oven, sound system!..

Room: 650£ pcm: Double bed, wardrobe, bed side table. very bright room. Available from 1st of July.

Bills are calculated annually and divided into months works out to be an average of 80£ per month inclusive of council tax.

Flatmates: 2 females, I am a film professional and MAra works in Retail. We are easygoing and clean :) Arts, films, music are common topics in our living room :)

We are looking for a like minded person who is easygoing and friendly. we try to keep the flat clean and nice to feel at home.

You will be 5mins to Vauxhall tube (Victoria Line) and 8 mins to Kennington (Northern Line). Flat is in Zone 1.

3 mins to large tesco
15-20 min walk to London Eye, Big Ben and Parliament Building. Close to art galleries.
7-8 min walk to the river.
7 min tube journey to Oxford St.
