Quiet spacious double bedroom 3mins from Vauxhall

It's a double bedroom in a spacious two bedroom flat. The room has a walk in wardrobe, but my current flatmate has too many clothes so he got an extra rack that you see on the pic:) The room is facing back, so there is no street noise. The room is quite isolated from the rest of the house, so there is little noise coming from the house either.

The flat is spacious and so big that is requires two WiFi access points. The living room is south facing with plenty of natural light. The rent is the lowest from other flats in the same building because I have stayed over 3 years in the same house.

The house is 3min walk from Vauxhall tube station on the Victoria line, 4 stops away from Oxford Circus, and 10min walk from Oval tube station on the Northern line, 4 stops from Leicester Sq (Soho). Vauxhall is also an overland station as well, 1 stop to Waterloo with trains every 2mins. Vauxhall is also a major bus station with 24hr buses to any direction. There is also a pier for river transport 5mins walk from the house, but I don't think you will ever use that. There are 3 small supermarkets + 2 big ones + 1 24hr convenient store. The house is in a residential square, very quiet with almost zero traffic, and the area is quite leafy and friendly.

The house has a separate kitchen and big living room. There is one bathroom.

The rent for the room is 700 per month + bills. The bills work out about 126 per person per month, but vary with our appetite for gas and other utilities.

I'm an easygoing person when it comes to living with someone. I like to party sometimes, but I'm a terrible party organiser so it never happens at mines. Do gym, yoga, pool, cycle.

I mostly work from home, in my room, office hours 9-5. 30pm, with an occasional client meeting and spillage with overnight work. It's important on my side that my flatmate works similar hours so that the home environment is quiet for me to concentrate. My normal day sounds the same; work + gym or dinner with friends, then home.
