The property has two double bedrooms, wooden floors, bathroom, fully equipped, open plan kitchen, living room, fast SKY broadband and a private garden, ideal for sun bathing and bbqs!

The room available has a double bed, bedside table, shelves, big wardrobe and a chest of drawers, leaving room in case you bring your own forniture. There is storage space available thought the flat.

You would live with a 29 year old professional- she respects privacy but enjoys cooking together and a drink out every now and then.

The area is safe and quiet, perfect for commuting thanks to all the transport links within minutes walk.
Westminster/ London Eye are just 25 minute walk, so it is very central. Vauxhall park is around the corner, and if you like running or going for nice long walks the riverside is just a perfect option!

There are big and local supermarkets (Tesco and Sainburys) and Lidl nearby.
This area is called Little Portugal, having many lovely restaurants and bars. Clapham is a short bus ride for night clubs.
