Large double room available in a spacious 2-bed flat and great location in Walthamstow.

I am moving elsewhere in London and am looking for someone to replace my room from end of June onwards,. You will be living with my flatmate Freddie who I have known for 7+ years. He's a genuinely nice guy, loves baking, running, and has a good sense of humour. He is looking for friendly housemate for the remainder of the contract (until end of November) with option to extend after.

The room I am vacating was unfurnished when I moved in, but I am happy to sell the furniture (bookcase excepted) for £300; happy to negotiate. The king-sized bed is almost new, 4-months old.

The flat has a large living area, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small room that I have been using as an office, so good for working from home, but can be converted for other purposes. (Furniture within small office room not included.)

The flat is on a quiet road with minimal traffic and has on-street parking. Neighbours below are also very friendly. Walthamstow Central is on the Victoria Line and is a 5-10min walk. Epping Forest and Walthamstow Wetlands are a 20min walk away if you like greener spaces.

Bills aren't included and are £170/month - the landlord manages the water and council tax (Band B).
