We're looking to replace ourselves from our wonderful modern bright flat in Wandsworth on the 8th floor of a modern building. There are multiple gyms within walking distance, we’re 4 mins walk from the Thames walk, Sainsburys is across the street, Wandsworth town station with the overground and East Putney station with the district line is a 10 minute walk away, Wandsworth park is 5 minute walk and Wandsworth town is a ten minute walk with a large shopping centre.
We are sad to say goodbye but we need to move closer to work so this is a rare opportunity for a keen couple to snap up this room and grab onto this fantastic flat.
The entire space is light filled with a large balcony with all day sun and uninterrupted views of south London. The large double bedroom on offer features a modern ensuite, large double built in wardrobe with extra double chest of draws. To provide an idea of room size, We currently have a super king bed in there with lots of space left over but sadly we will be taking that with us.

You'll be living with a legend who is keen on his fitness, home cooking and Netflix days. He is 30 years old, a shift worker, from New Zealand and has lived here in London for 6 years. He very easy going, Very good to talk to and is hoping the new flatmates will be mates too. We've created a safe space here to feel like a home rather than a flat share and hope to pass on our room to like minded people.
