It has a high ceiling with antique coving, original fireplace and mantelpiece with a door opening onto back garden. It is a large, single room, with a double bed, shelving, built in wardrobe, desk area, chair and entire under bed area for storage. The carpet is brand new.

The kitchen is large with 2 joining rooms, a seating area of table and chairs + door to back garden. It has all the equipment you could possibly need + washing machine.

The location is fantastic - 6 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town station, buses outside the door and masses of buses locally to Clapham Junction/Putney/Tooting.
It is a 6 minute walk to shopping mall, supermarkets, sports centres & large cinema complex.
The Tonsleys is nearby with cobbled streets and cafes.
It's an easy going friendly household though not a high drinking party one.

This is a lovely home so, no WFH or hybrid working people, please.
