The other two tenants are working professionals 23 and 24 yo, female. You would be living on the first floor right next to a bathroom you will share with another girl. The others live in the rooms above. We have an amazing large living room and well-stocked kitchen - the room will come furnished and decorated:) Oh, and we are right on the water!
