Double room available for non-smoking professional

Hello,
There's a double room available in a safe area in a nice house in Wapping.
The house is 10-15 minutes walk from Tower Hill (Zone 1 - district and circle line), Aldgate and Aldgate East. It is sharing a three bed house with two other non-smoking professionals in their 30s / 40s.
There's a Waitrose supermarket within five minutes, and a number of restaurants nearby in St Katherine Docks. There are also several gyms (Fitness First, Better UK) within about 5-10 minutes walk.
Housemate interests include eating out, theatre, cinema, racquet sports, yoga, nutrition and many others.
The house also has a garden which is useful in the summer for barbecues etc.
The room is available for a non-smoking professional (sorry - no couples).
The ideal housemate would be someone who is kind and thoughtful and happy to interact with the current housemates.
