Luxury 7th floor with ensuite and balcony

Hello! My flatmate and I are looking for a new tenant since our current flatmate is leaving after 2 years.

Considering we love the apartment, we have decided to keep it and find a replacement.

- Room: MASSIVE room with ensuite bathroom and balcony (10 square metre balcony, no jokes in Wapping).

- Apartment: shared living room and kitchen (open space). My other flatmate and I share the other bathroom. Also, 1 more balcony in the livingroom and 1 PRIVATE TERRACE in the kitchen (the terrace it probably bigger the room you will be sleeping in). The washing machine is not in the kitchen (which seems to be a luxury in central London).

- Building: together with the apartment you will get access to gym, cinema and SPA (sauna, steaming room, etc ...).

- About us: we are 2 friendly and chill guys, we both have our own group of friends which often times mix together. We both work a lot but we always find some time for a few drinks in the weekends! My flatmate works mostly from the office and he is barely home during the week while a do usually work from home Mondays and Wednesdays (I do work from my own room). We are both Italian, but any nationality is more then welcome.

- About you: we are looking for someone who can fit in well with us. So if you are independent, chill, friendly smart and respectful person we are a match! Long story short, an acceptable human being know how to be in the world :).

- General notes: the apartment is free from the end of the month but we do have some flexibility. We are ideally looking for a guy (for a simple matter of similarity) but we don't have strict preferences. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher. 7th floor, and a view over Tower Bridge, Shard and Canary Warf (the view is as good as it can get).

Overground Wapping 5 mins walk,

Overground and DLR Shadwell 3 mins walk (1 stop from bank and 3 from Canary Wharf)

15 mins walk from Tower Hill,

Santander station just in front of the building, 10 minutes cycle from Bank (if you work in the city like myself, is a game changer).
