I am looking to let 2 double bedrooms in a recently renovated flat in Wapping (pictures of second bedroom and kitchen to follow as still being renovated). The rent is currently at £850 pcm with all bills included, subject to fair use (excluding cleaner). Both rooms come furnished with all necessary furniture.

The flat benefits from a shared living room and a sizeable balcony with a great view over central London out the front. Wapping is a great location if you are looking to live somewhere quiet but with an easy commute to central London (only 25 minutes to Tottenham Court Road with overground and Elizabeth line). The overground line is also on the night tube so returns from weekend nights out are easy. There are also multiple Santander bike stations nearby.

You’d be sharing with myself (a live-in landlord). I’m a 30 year old gay professional, rather quiet and considerate. Ideally looking for fellow gays, who would be considerate, tidy and treat the place with respect like it’s their home.
