Hello! My partner and I are looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom of the apartment.

- Open plan kitchen/dining/living area, including breakfast bar and dining table
- Rooftop terrace with views of the Gherkin
- 10 min walk to Tower Hill and Aldgate East tube stations, and Wapping Overground station
- Bus stop right outside which goes to Liverpool Street Station (towards St Pauls)
- Sainsbury's right next to the apartment block and big Waitrose 2 mins walk away

It's a really lovely area and a 5 min walk to St Katharine Docks where there's cafes, restaurants and pubs.

There's a 24 hour concierge, and as part of living here, you also get free access to the gym, pool/sauna/jacuzzi, roof terrace, cinema room and golf simulator.

Bills and broadband come to approximately £135 per month (per person).

We're both young professionals, Brad works in finance and I work in social research and am also an actor. I love exploring and wandering around London, and going to cafes to read or chat at the weekend. I often spend time in the evenings going to acting classes or meeting friends, but when I'm at home like to chill and watch TV. Brad is very active and likes to cycle and run in his spare time. We both like to go out for drinks at pubs or for a night out. We're very tidy, clean and respectful of the shared spaces.
