Hi, I would like to rent out my current room which is a really large loft bedroom in a 2b1b flat. It is only 4min walk from the London Eye and the Big Ben, and 15min to Covent Garden. There is lots of restaurant and supermarket nearby so no need to worry about the living standard!

The earliest avaible date is end of June or early July, but it is all negotiable. The current rental ends at 24 Aug, but feel free to continue the rental with the landlord or the agency! Bills not included but if you can cover all the tenancy, I can include that for you! Also feel free to come over and have a view when you are nearby!
