Doublerooms in Waterloo for LSE Master's Students!

Hi there! I'm an LSE alumni and will have two bedrooms become available in a 3 bedroom apartment around September 15-20 (the last crop have graduated and/or are moving abroad). The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk to LSE and King's and just a few minutes more to UCL.
The first is the master bedroom (£660/month) and the other is a smaller double-bedroom (£630/month). All bills are included in the rent (high-speed internet, council tax, water, gas, electricity).
Both rooms have wardrobes, dresser with drawers, desk with chair and a large window which overlooks a parkette. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The smaller bedroom currently has an Ikea Svarta loft-style bed as well as a fold-out Ikea Lycksele sofa-bed, but a proper double/queen-size bed can be arranged, if preferred.
The flat: The kitchen is large and was refurbished a few years ago. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, as is common in London, and there is a washing machine inside the flat. There is no lounge/common room, unfortunately (this became the 3rd bedroom) and the flat is on the 4th floor (no elevator in the building). The 3rd bedroom has been taken by a female LSE Master’s student, moving in Oct 1st.
The area: The flat itself is only a 1 min walk to Waterloo station (Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, National Rail) and a 1 min walk to Lambeth North Stn (Bakerloo). There are also a bus stop literally right outside the flat which will take you to Aldych (LSE/King’s) in 4-5 mins, Oxford St, Tot Ct Rd, Moorgate well. . .all of London really. There is also a nice big park right beside the building to hang out in on sunny days.
There is an Iceland and Sainsbury’s within a few mins walk as well as Lower Marsh Market, the Old Vic, plenty of pubs and trendy bars along The Cut. The London Eye, the IMAX and Bankside are just 5 mins away!
I am aiming to fill the remaining rooms with Master's students from LSE/King's/UCL students as the flat is close to campus.
