Three professionals looking for a new flatmate now that one of our gang is buying a house.

This room is an absolute steal - incredible zone 1 location, spacious and light, and you'll be living with 3 lovely flatmates. The room has a built-in double wardrobe and cupboard, a big window and a decent heater. I'm expecting to take most of the furniture (the IKEA chests of drawers have had it!) but this can be negotiated if necessary. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The flat is split over two floors with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-lounge-diner. The kitchen has everything you’d expect – fridge, freezer, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher. We furnished the flat when we moved in and have looked after our stuff really well.

The location is ridiculously central, safe and has a community feel. We are very well connected: less than 2 minutes’ walk from Southwark tube, and about 10 minutes’ walk from Waterloo, Blackfriars and London Bridge, so we're ideally located for Soho, the West End, City and Canary Wharf.

We are directly opposite a Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local and 3 cheap no contract gyms; close to the shops, bars and restaurants on Southwark Street and The Cut; and within super easy reach of the Thames and the South Bank. The downside to Zone 1 though is that the area can be noisy at times, but that doesn't put us off! :)

The housemates are Grant (35 year old business analyst), Stephen (24 year old research manager) and Zoe (29 year old teacher). We all get along really well and are looking for a professional to keep the balance, late-20s to early-30s. Sorry no shift workers, students or pets please.

We want a nice, normal, friendly person who can chat over a glass of wine after work. We don’t hang out with each other all the time, but we want someone who can have a laugh and a chat in the kitchen. We're not party animals, but we all have friends over from time to time. We are looking for someone clean and tidy, but who isn’t OCD about it – we keep the flat neat, but sometimes we leave the washing up overnight! We share a lot, so we need someone who is good at sharing the cleaning and chipping in.

Bills are currently £94/month for everything.

There will be some fees to pay to the Agency for the new contract.

The room is available from 12th May 2018 - the lease runs out in May 2019, but might possibly be extended by the Landlord. We'd all like to stay on in the flat so we'll be aiming to persuade them to renew!
