Double room to rent in Waterloo, 2/3 mins walk from shops and Lambeth North Station, 5 mins walk from Waterloo or Westminster station. Lower Marsh is 2/3 mins walk away and about 5 mins walk to the Southbank centre.
Room itself has a built in wardrobe and comes with a bed and a skeletan metal shelf so only partially furnished.
We do not have a front room but we're all very sociable people, we share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen, and we also share a cleaning rota.
You will be living with 2 guys and 1 girl, which we are all friends from uni and do go out on nights out, or for a sunday roast or just a coffee but we are very respectful of each others privacy and time.
The ideal house mate would be someone who would treat the flat like a home rather than a flat, someone who is willing to socialise but also have their own life.
move in date is 2nd April, and deposit can be paid in installments, and the monthly rent is £580 inclusive of all bills.
