Hi, I'm moving out of the flat and the next tenant isn't moving in until September so I'm looking for someone to take the room between the middle of May to September. It's a very nice room on the 7th floor overlooking Waterloo station. It's within a 5 minute walk of Waterloo and Lambeth North tube stations, and is right around the corner from Westminster Bridge. It is furnished with a great desk and a futon so it's very good for working and studying. The current flatmates are really nice and easy to get along with.
