Spacious and bright double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flatshare. Prime location, just 3-5 minutes walking from Waterloo Station (railway and tube) and 2 minutes from Lambeth North Station. The tube lines are Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern and Waterloo and City. It is also very well connected by Bus. It will be available from the 1st November with a monthly rent of £900.

The flat is cozy and bright. It is ideal for a young professional. The ideal flatmate will be clean and tidy (this is mandatory!) as well as considerate. During the week the flat is quiet and perfect to rest after work. The flat is not proper for house parties.
There is a TV in a beautiful living room with two big comfy sofas. Currently, my flatmate and I have Sky Broadband but this will be negotiable as I consider canceling it.
Council tax is £71 Internet- £32 Water will be around £20-30 TV License £12
Electricity and Gas varies but is a pay as you go option (cheaper than usual bills)

I am a young consultant working in Southwark and I love travelling, meeting people and different cultures. I am very clean and tidy and hope that my new flatmate will respect this. I like getting back from work and rest in an easygoing environment. I have friends over sometimes but just for a chilled dinner or visit.
