Looking for a flatmate who would like to hangout and go for drinks, discuss life and current events, grab a film (passionate about cinema) and watch good tv etc but at the same time we both respect each other’s space.

Avid cooks so nice new pots and pans, and knives etc Installed hotel double shower.

Bills are inclusive other than an initial council tax contribution of £200 - however to note the inclusive bills includes a service charge which covers gardening, the hallway cleaned and rubbish collected from outside the flat door a few times a week.

Would be nice to get a cleaner in perhaps and share costs. Also I would like a cleaning rota so it is fair distribution and no resentment.

The double bedroom is being furnished this week with a brand new John Lewis bed and mattress and also had a new cupboard installed. The room is decorated in beige and grey so perfect canvas to bring in your own colour.
