I have a room available in a 2 bed second floor flat in West Hampstead/Kilburn. The flat is a 7/8 minute walk from West Hampstead underground and overground stations, and a short walking distance from Kilburn High Street (which contains several supermarkets and convenience stores).

The room itself is moderately sized and comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk- the current tenant has had enough space to comfortably work from there.

The living room is very spacious and gets a lot of natural light, and the kitchen is fully furnished (including a washing machine, fridge, microwave and air-fryer).

About me
- Professional who works from home 2/3 days a week and is often out in the evenings/weekends
- Enjoys playing and watching sport (has access to Sky Go and TNT), coffee shop and pub trips, and general socialising
- Would prefer a fellow veggie, but not essential
- Generally an easy going guy (I hope)
