Awesome room in 2 bed flat near w.Hampstead

The room (south viewing window, lots of light, plenty storage space)

We have a single room with a double bed. We are a multicultural couple (Thailand and Spain, we speak 8 languages between us) looking for someone whom is clean and tidy.

Shared Living room. 40 inch Plasma TV, ChromeCast, WIFI, Lots of inbuilt storage in the room, shared bathroom and kitchen (very clean, maybe too clean sometimes). Perfect location equally distanced from South & West Hampstead, Kilburn Park, Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road, flat bang in the middle :). Finchley rd (jubilee, met), west hamsptead (jubilee, thameslink, overground), Swiss Cottage and Kilburn park stations. Really easy to get home on buses running along finchley rd, west end lane, and Kilburn high rd...couldn't be a better place, walking distance from Hampstead Heath and regents park as well.

We are a happy couple (I am Spanish, she is Thai but grew up in Spain). We prefer a female because I do have to travel quite a lot on business.
