I'm looking for a flatmate for my amazing and very spacious 2 bedroom flat. I've been here for 6 years now, and absolutely love it, so wouldn't want to loose it! The flat is on the top floor, and all rooms are South facing, so there is plenty of natural light.

The room is a double room with large built-in wardrobe, as you can see in the photo. The room is 255cm x 400cm (8'4ft x 13'4ft). It comes with bed and desk.

The lounge is bright and airy with high ceilings and two large windows. There is a large corner sofa bed, which is great if you have family/friends visiting every so often. Also small dining table, if you fancy throwing a dinner party!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the usual mod cons (hob/oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc) and plenty of storage.
The flat has Sky broadband and TV package.

The large bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower.

You would be sharing the flat with me, Aneta a 33yo female, who works in film production, hence why the living room is filled with loads of DVDs for movie nights in! I often work very long hours, so won't be around much during the week, but I enjoy a drink and relaxing atmosphere for the weekend. I'm very friendly, tidy and considerate of other people's space, and would expect the same from my future flatmate. Someone who will treat the flat like a home, as it certainly has become mine.

The flat is located very close to all amenities of Finchley Road and West Hampstead including gyms, supermarkets, cinemas (Odeon IMAX and Vue) shops and lovely cafes and bars. The flat has great transport links as it is between 3 tube stations: Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage and West Hampstead and also overground stations South and West Hampstead. There is also plenty of day and night buses around.

The rent is £850 per calendar month, which is excluding council tax and utilities, which are approx. £125 per month (per person)
Single sharers only please (no couples)
The room is available from the end of September.

There will be a 6 week deposit required (approx. £1175)
No other fees, No agents involved, dealing directly with landlord.
