Large double room in West Hampstead

A large double room is available in our split level maisonette in West Hampstead.

We are a few minutes walk away from the many bars and restaurants on West End Lane with excellent transport links situated around 10 minutes walk from West Hampstead Thameslink, Overground and Tube.

The split level maisonette is on a quiet street with a Tesco and the gym at the end of the road, some fantastic bars and restaurants no more than 5 mins walk away and Hampstead Heath a 10 min walk away. The lounge and kitchen are both a decent size, so there is plenty room to sit around the dining table to have a meal together, or with any mates who might pop round for dinner.

Current flatmates are Sydney 27, Charles 26 and Christophe 27. We are looking for a nice, friendly flatmate who is relatively sociable and basically doesn't hide in their room all the time. We all get on really well and regularly watch tv, grab a few beers or go out for food when we're all about.

Bills come to approximately £100 per person per month and are split amongst flatmates. You will be responsible for having the electricity and gas in your name but we're all super quick with paying so you'll never be out of pocket.

We are all house proud and like to keep the place in a liveable state, this means cleaning up after you cook etc and we have a pretty casual weekly cleaning rota that switches each week so someone always gets the week off.

The room in itself is very large, has enough storage and plenty of light in the morning (South/East orientation). There are plans and discussion to change the windows within the whole flatshare which is always good.

This room would fit someone who is sociable and who would want to live in an awesome area which is very safe and has great access to central London at a price that will be hard to beat in West Hampstead.

Permit parking is available on street for around £160 a year.
