We are looking for a new flatmate for our flat from 28th April. This is a 4th floor flat situated on West End Lane, with public transport, shops and restaurants just outside the door.
The room is approximately 5x5m with a bay window. The flat has no living room but we have a big kitchen where we catch up when we get time, as we all live busy lives.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, table, desk and bookshelf.
Rent is £690 per month, excluding bills.
Bills are £100-150 per month, which includes a cleaner who comes every second week.
Reference is required as you will be on the contract with our agency.
