Lovely double room in West Hampstead

At the end of April we will sadly be a flatmate down although our misfortune could end up being your er, fortune as we now have a double room going at our lovely flat in West Hampstead that needs to be filled on the 1st May.
The flat is brilliantly located, and is literally 3 mins walk from West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee line) on a nice leafy street in a nice safe neighbourhood. It’s just off West End Lane, with cafes, restaurants and bars galore right on your doorstep. We have a Tesco Express directly opposite the flat too – very handy.
West Hampstead is great for transport links with two night buses that come our way (one that drops you right across the street), the Overground is 2 mins down the road, the Thameslink is literally across the road (takes you to King’s Cross in 8 minutes, and also goes directly to Luton and Gatwick Airports) and Finchley Road (which is also on the Metropolitan line) is just a 10 minute walk, which is right next to a huge 24hr Sainsbury’s.
The room itself is quite spacious and comes with a double bed along with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The flat is nice and well-kept, with a shower room that is separate to the toilet.
You’ll be living with a Kiwi guy, a British guy and a British girl. We are all young professionals, so someone who can fit in with the dynamic would be ideal. Everyone can be quite busy but we try and get together for drinks/dinner when we can. Would prefer a girl to balance out the flat and must be someone who cleans up after themselves.
The rent is £480/month with about £80 of bills on top of that. The deposit is one month's rent.
