En-suite room in a large flat on West End Lane

Hello all!

We live in a 4 bedroom flat in West Hampstead and we are looking for someone to replace one of our flatmates who is leaving end of September. The room has its own bathroom and disposes of multiple storage, and the rent is £845. 33/month + charges.

Flatmates and flat atmosphere
The three flatmates you will live with are American (Aron), Mexican (Roberto) and Portuguese (Hugo). We are in our late twenties/early thirties and work in the finance domain (Aron, Roberto) and in marketing (Hugo).
The flat is relatively quiet during the week as we all work and also enjoy doing outside-work activities (e. g. sport - especially for Roberto), and Aron is sometimes away during the week for work. In the week-ends, we like going out (together or separately) and we also like sharing meals (Aron enjoys cooking and the other flatmates benefit from it) or having a couple of drinks together.
We are a sociable, quiet flat but also respect the independence of each other, and are looking for a like-minded individual to live with us :) - ideally a guy.
We have a common flat account, where everyone monthly pays rent and an additional amount to cover charges as well as common flat expenditure (e. g. cleaning products, food if all the flatmates share the same meal).

Flat location
We are located in the area of West Hampstead, on West End Lane - less than 5 minute walk from the tube station and the overground station and 2 minutes from the Thameslink station. Also to note is Tesco and Sainsbury are in front of our flat. West Hampstead is a lively area with different bars and restaurants, but remains quiet at night, which makes it a good place to live in for young professionals.

Flat disposition
The flat is composed of 4 bedrooms, a large living room (with a large tv - we sometimes like watching movies), a kitchen (soon to be refurbished), and a bathroom (having your own bathroom, you will however have a limited use of it).
Note the kitchen is kosher-friendly, but it can also be used to cook meat.

Room for rent
The room is relatively spacious and has its own bathroom (shower + toilets). It disposes of multiple storage and comes with a 2 person bed.
It is located on the back yard side and is overall very quiet.
