I am moving to Spain which gives an excellent opportunity to take my room in an awesome West Hampstead penthouse flatshare.

The place is massive and located on the top floor of a secure mansion block with views out over West Hampstead and down over West End Lane.

The room on offer is a comfortably sized double and comes with furnished with chest of draws and a wardrobe.

A bathroom is shared with a single other housemate which is a great size and fully fitted with an excellent walk in shower.

The communal living room is large and it's unlikely that you will have viewed too many of a similar size in the area. The room is set up comfortably with a dining table, sofa and chairs and a decent television. Additionally, there is a mini fridge to keep the drinks cold when a walk to the kitchen is just too far.

On the money front, a deposit will be required, the monthly rent is £680. 00 but everyone agrees to pay a further £130. 00 a month for bills.

The bills covered in this price are all utilities, council tax, TV license, Sky Television, Broadband, weekly cleaner who cleans inside rooms as well as communal areas, and cleaning items for flat / kitchen.

Location wise, you can get nearly everywhere from here. You can be at West Hampstead underground on the Jubilee line in 8 minutes, the First Capital Connect (taking you to X-Cross in 8 minutes, Farringdon in 13 minutes, and City Thameslink in 17 minutes) in two minutes, and the Overland, which takes you across London, in 5 minutes.
