A double room in a bright and friendly flat in west Hampstead is to rent from around the 3rd of October! The flat is in a mansion block just off of west end lane on Kingdon road. I have lived here for over 3 years and the location and flat could not be better. You are minutes from the sights and sounds of west Hampstead and a few minutes walk to tube, mainline rail, overground and buses. You can practically get anywhere in London direct from here!

The flat is very spacious and has a living/dining room, eat in kitchen, washer/dryer (quite new), new refrigerator, new bath/shower, gas cooktop, and loads of storage. The room comes furnished. There is also permit parking and a shared garden.

You would be sharing with two lovely professional young women, one who works for the NHS and another who is in finance, they both work Monday through Friday so would like to find someone who works normal-ish hours too. They like loads of things including pubs, cooking, music, trashy tv and just hanging out. Honestly they are the best flatmates I have ever had, and are super easy to get along with.
