The rent is £700 per month and bills are around £145 per month and covers everything including electricity, water, gas, council tax, broadband and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The transport links in the area are great and the flat is about 10 minutes walk from West Hampstead tube station (jubilee line), West Hampstead Thameslink and West Hampstead overground station.

We're looking for a relaxed, sociable and conscientious flatmate to take over the room when our flat mate moves out.
