Urbanest Westminister Bridge Accommodation

I am transferring my contract at Urbanest Westminster Bridge Student accommodation from 30th March to 31st August 2024. 17th floor en-suite room (shared flat) with view of the Shard and St Paul's Cathedral. The room has a private bathroom/shower, office desk and bed. Also a cupboard, shelves and a wardrobe with lots of storage space.

Furthermore a shared kitchen with dual kitchen appliances. Only 3 of the residents (including myself) use the kitchen, so it’s usually very quiet and clean.

The student accommodation has a gym (with a pool and sauna) a study area (with private study rooms and projectors for presentations and group work), game rooms and common rooms on the 18th floor with a view of Big Ben, London eye and Westminster Bridge as well as 2 laundry rooms equipped with circuit washing machines and dryers.

The staff is super cooperative and available 24/7, maintenance requests are catered to ASAP.

The residence is a 5 minute walk away from Wterloo station, Lambeth North and Westmnister Bridge and very close to popular areas like South Bank and Lower Marsh.

It is also a 4 minute walk away from M&S, Boots, Sainsbury's, CO-OP and Tesco. It is a 10 minute walk away from King's College London Waterloo campus and 15 minutes walk away from Kings Strand campus and LSE.

I am leaving only because my course is going to end in March, the transfer will be handled entirely by Urbanest with no additional costs on the end of the new tenant.
