I am looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s lease from March 29 (flexible start day) through December 4 (minimum term is 6 months).
The flat is in County Hall Apartments right next to the London Eye and overlooking the Palace of Westminster. The building has a gym, pool and sauna included (£35 one-time induction fee).
The room has an en-suite bathroom and lots of storage space. Happy to send across a video of the flat as well!
I am a trainee solicitor, and work quite long hours in the office, and occasionally have to work from home on the weekends.
I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy.
Rent is £1300 a month, and bills (wifi, electricity, council tax) are around £150 with water included in the rent.
