Double room available near Westfield

Our flatmate is moving back to Japan at the end of June so we are looking for someone to take over her room from 1st July.

The flat is located approximately 10mins walk from White city station and 15mins walk from Westfield Shopping Center. There is a lovely large living room used as a communal space, and a kitchen with white goods. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a separate dryer.

You will be living with 2 friendly and clean professional flatmates in their 20s - we are an LGBTQ+ friendly household.

The room is a furnished double room that was repainted recently. Rent is £700 per calendar month, and bills will come to approximately £100-110 per month in the summer and approximately £150~ in the winter - this is for council tax, internet, gas, electricity & water.

The landlady is lovely, and happy to purchase furniture/call out contractors as and when needed. In the 6 years I have lived at the flat we have gotten a new boiler & thermostat, a new shower, a new washing machine, a new dryer, a microwave, the whole flat has been repainted.
