My flatmate sadly is moving back to France for work, so his room will be available from the 24th of April. It’s a very spacious room in a 2-bedroom flat located just a 3-minute walk from Whitechapel station:
Elizabeth Line, District Line, Hammersmith & City Line, Circle Line, and Overground. 
Buses 254, N253, 205, 25, and N25 are also conveniently accessible. 

Plus, there's a large Sainsbury’s right across the road (just a 1-minute walk to cross). It's only a 10-minute train ride to the City or Canary Wharf. Additionally, there's a fantastic cinema (Genesis) just a 5-minute walk away. Brick Lane is 10 minutes away, Shoreditch/Spitalfields is 15 minutes away, and Columbia Flower Market is 20 minutes away.

The two main selling points of the flat are its fantastic location, super well-connected with all tube lines in Whitechapel and Bethnal Green, and the abundance of fun and iconic areas of East London within walking distance. The room itself is very spacious and flooded with natural light.

The room comes unfurnished, but the bed is included. The other furniture items you see in the post (desk, chair, nightstand, wardrobe, TV, TV stand) are available for sale if you're interested. We're connected to super-fast broadband (1GB/s), ideal for remote workers.

Rent is £1200 per month, with a £1200 deposit payable to Dexters (the letting agency). The contract ends on the 31st of October, but there's the possibility to extend it with Dexters!
