About the flat:

The flat is located is a very convenient location. 7-10 minute walk to a Sainsbury superstore, Tesco, veggie markets, lots of restaurants, pharmacy, Iceland, Poundland, PureGym, Mc Donalds, hospital and pubs. Most importantly about 8-10 minutes walk to Shadwell and Whitechapel station, which is easily connected to get anywhere in London.

Our landlord is also super chill which is great.

Ideal flatemate:

- Loves to joke around
- Likes movie night
- Clean and doesn't leave dishes in the sink. If you make a mess, clean it up and don't expect others to clean it up. We also have a cleaning rota every 2 weeks.
- Respectful of noise
- Doesn't throw parties (1 flatmate is in AA)
- Not dramatic or causes drama

- Doesnt steal other people's food
- Pays rent on time
