Double room (sublet) in girls house in Whitechapel

My room is available to let for 5 weeks between 12th May - 16th June (can be slightly flexible with dates) as I’m moving out early. For the entire period, the rent will be £875 including bills but happy to negotiate depending on length of stay!

It’s a double room in a 3 bed flat with two other friendly girls in their mid-20s. The room will come partly furnished with the bed and wardrobe (I can also leave the shelving unit and storage boxes). The room is a good size and gets really good natural light throughout the day. The rest of the flat is a good size with a nice living room, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.

The flat is in a really great location:
📍6 minute walk to Whitechapel station which has district, Hammersmith and city, Elizabeth line and overground
🛒4 minute walk to big Sainsburys
📍12 minute walk to Bethnal Green (central line) and all the shops/pubs in that area
🌳20 minute walk to Victoria park
🛍️25 minute walk to shoreditch, brick lane and Spitalfields
