This short-term accommodation option is available from the present date until the 5th of July 2024 at a monthly rate of £760, excluding utility bills (water, electricity, gas, WiFi).

The furnished room boasts amenities such as a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, desk chair, and lamp (please note the furniture is not identical to the photographs shown). Additionally, residents will have access to two toilets and two showers within the house. Presently, the residence is occupied by 4 male fourth-year medical students.

This ground-floor room enjoys proximity to the communal kitchen, providing added convenience for residents.

I am looking for a short-term tenant to replace myself on the current contract, ideally a student or young professional. Please do not enquire if this timeframe isn’t what you’re looking for.
