Beautiful room 2 mins away from Whitechapel

Hi there!

I’m looking for a young female to replace me for a couple of months in our amazing 2 bedroom flat in a newly developed apartment complex. The room is a large double with a large private bathroom (main one outside with bath). It has a view of a garden that is private to the building. The room comes with a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, 2 wardrobes and 1 cupboard (bought after these pics were taken). Flat is newly built and includes washer/dryer + dishwasher and underfloor heating.

The building includes multiple amenities that are great for day-to-day life such as:
- Concierge to keep your deliveries safe.
- Fully equipped gym so you can crush your fitness goals, even has a Peloton bike.
- Cinema room with a social area for fun movie nights in.
- Co-Working space in case you need a change of scenery.
- Also includes indoors bike storage, private garden with ping-pong table and elevators.

The location of the flat is really good as it is a short 2-5 min walk from Whitechapel Station (includes Hammersmith, District, Elizabeth, and Overground). It’s a 20 min walk to Brick Lane, Liverpool Street and Spitalfields, and a 15 min bus ride to London Fields, Hackney and Victoria park. There’s also a huge Sainsbury’s 5 min walking from the flat.

You’ll be living with Isabella, another female professional in mid-late twenties. She primarily works from home for a tech startup, loves to cook, have dinner parties, go out to try new restaurants, and is very tidy. We’re looking for someone chill, who brings good vibes, and is clean and tidy.

We’re looking for someone that needs something short term anytime within the next few weeks, the sooner the better :)

Rent is £1650 including bills.
