This is a beautiful, newly decorated flat in a safely gated close.
The kitchen is brand new, as well as the bathroom, with all new furniture.
The person you'll be living with is Dan, he is lovely. He moved over from Canada in the summer to study a masters, he is very friendly and respectful.
I am looking for someone to rent the room as the current lady is moving out! The tenancy starts anytime from 1st October and ends 15th November, hence why it is so cheap :)
It takes me 15 minutes to get to work (Moorgate/Liverpool St) so is perfect location.
Also only one stop away from Shoreditch which is great to go out.
