I am on a one year contract which expires 1/3/16 and I am looking for someone to finish the tenancy for room and potentially extend the contract.
The rent is 715 per month, including all bills.

I am not an agent, I am the current tenant of the room. You will be renting this room through an agency. They will charge you a security deposit (715£) and an agency fee (I believe it's 125£).

Room is available from 30th of October and I am beginnings viewings immediately.

The room I am advertising is a large double room complete with a bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, a little IKEA table and an inbuilt cupboard.
