Lovely single room in a really lovely house in Willesden Green. The room is fully furnished with a foldable desk, a tall chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a 32" x 75" Ikea single sofa bed extremely sturdy and very comfortable (thick metal frame, large wheels, and slatted base), super easy to open and close.

The room has a lovely view of the garden, lots of light, is very warm in winter, and is very peaceful.

Please note that the room is lovely but VERY small hence the low price, it wouldn’t be suitable for someone who requires lots of space or has lots of stuff, (although we do have some extra storage space in the garage)

The house is 7 mins. walk from Willesden Green tube (zone 2) and 5 mins. walk from Dollis Hill tube (zone 3). We have a nice garden and also a beautiful park 5 mins. from the house ideal for cycling and jogging. The area is very peaceful, it almost feels like the countryside although we are 20 mins from central London.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a lovely living room, and a live-in kitchen. There are central heating and fast broadband and the house is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.

We are a nice group of professionals who consider this home, we do socialize but this is not a party house and we are very respectful of each other space. Cleanliness of the house is very important to us and once a week, in turn, we do the cleaning of all communal areas.

We are looking for a female, someone considerate of others and with previous experience of house sharing. A pet lover is a must as we have a cat :) A smoker is fine but only outside. Moving date from 20th of May. 2024
