Large Double Room with High Ceiling

I am looking for someone to replace me in our house share in a large 4-bed house with a garden in Willesden Green.
I had such a lovely 4 years in this amazing house and with amazing housemates.
Unfortunately, life has now other plans for me and now I have to leave this place I called home for years.
If you join this lovely household, you will be living with Karen (Irish - 36yrs, accountant) and Gustav (Brazilian- 37yrs) and Andy ( British, 42yrs) both scientists at UCL.
The house is in a great location on a quiet street halfway between Willesden Green and Cricklewood. Karen works a mix of home/office. Andy and Gustav go to office.
I’ve lived here since 2019 and consider it a home for the past 4 years. Karen was already there when I moved in and always made everything great for me.


They are all easygoing and relaxed, busy with work and meeting friends but regularly catch up on the sofa for some Netflix, a glass of wine and catch-ups.

Otherwise, you’ll find them trying to keep fit, at the gym, swimming, attempting a 10km, lately some hikes, cinema, restaurants, pub, a bit of yoga and cooking up a storm in the kitchen!🧘‍♀️🎬🤸

The room is located on the ground floor. It is very large with high ceilings.
The rooms is actually unfurnished, I bought the some of furniture from the previous tenant so I am also willing to leave them to the next tennant.
Rent: £865 excl. bills

Karen's room is en-suite. You will only share the bathroom with two other rooms. But there is also a toilet downstairs beside the downstairs bedroom which I was using only. So never a queue!

There is a separate kitchen and living room plus a garden, currently growing an array of flowers, weeds & raspberries!
The garden is lovely in the summertime.

Bills are approx £120 per month (council tax, electricity, gas, water, cleaner & WiFi). The cleaner comes every week to clean the common areas. The deposit is £755.

There are great transport links in the area. Willesden Green underground station (Jubilee line) is a 12 minute walk away, Cricklewood station is a 5 minute walk (Thameslink and National Rail). There are also multiple bus routes a couple of minutes walk from the house.
