Double Bedroom Available

The flat is a lovely homely ground-floor garden flat. The available room is bright with a double bed overlooking a green space.

The kitchen is well used and loved and the living room has a large cozy sofa. The flat has wall to wall windows so lots of natural light. And we also have a small garden.

You'd be sharing the space with me and my boyfriend. Jack has been here for quite some time, and now we're on the lookout for a new housemate as our other one is moving out.

We lead pretty busy lives during the week but like to be social and active on weekends. We're open to anyone joining our home, regardless of what you do or where you're from, as long as it feels right for all of us. Our home has a warm and homely atmosphere, and we hope to find someone who can be a part of that.

It is a great room at the back of the property facing the garden and has plenty of natural light coming in. It comes furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and a bedside table with two drawers.

The rent is £850 plus bills (which is £75 per month).

The flat is conveniently located halfway between Cricklewood station (Thameslink) and Willesden Green station (Jubilee line), with each station just a 6-8 minute walk away.
