Double room & own bathroom, Willesden Green

Renting a double room in Willesden Green which has its own bathroom.

It's a ground floor garden flat with a large living room and shared kitchen. It's in a house on a main residential street, just off the main highstreet. The neighbours are all lovely and it's close to big Sains (5 mins) & Willesden Green tube (8 mins).

I'm looking for a like-minded professional who is keen to maintain a clean & tidy space, open to socialising (top picks are cooking together or watching a gripping series), but also respects privacy when needed.

I work full-time in the city and have lived in London for almost 10 years now (originally from near Bath). I've lived in this flat for 4 years and have fully furnished it myself. The room up for grabs was an office / guest room which currently has a sofa bed (not as comfy as it looks!). I'm happy for the sofa bed to be used for the time being, equally happy to discuss investing in a bed frame / mattress if money is a bit tight. I will remove the desk that is pictured also and can leave the bedside table in there if needed. The room also has 4 built in cupboards (from floor to ceiling) which have plenty of storage space.

I love cooking, pubbing, spending time with friends & family, karaoke (sorry not sorry), gardening, reading and chilling.
