We are looking for a female housemate to keep the balance of the house.

The house is just a 2 min walk (or 5 min, it's debatable dependant on the walkers pace) to Dollis Hill station (Jubilee line) The house is social and friendly so you would be coming in to a very welcome household.

You will be sharing the house with:

Matt who is British and works in Facilities for Universal Music.
Dan who is Cameroonian and works as an architecture.
Jake from England who works in Digital Marketing.
Chris from New Zealand who is an engineer.
Thamyres from Brazil who works in Customer Service.

We generally lead individual lives and the house in generally quite quiet during the week, occasionally the house will socialise on weekends.

We all get along very well in this house so you would be moving into a well established house share with a good group of people who are kind and thoughtful.

Also if you're good at making BBQ's then definitely send a message you will be highly appreciated!! ;)

If you like exercise then we have Gladstone Park just a 2 min walk away, perfect for playing tennis, basketball or football. And also great for jogging.

The Dollis Hill and Willesden area is very nice in general. The street we live on is a terraced street with mostly families. The property is spread across three floors and is a well built/maintained (no squeaky floors etc). We have a cleaning rota in which we all clean a section of the house each week and a cleaner coming in biweekly. So the house is always kept clean. We are 2 min walk from Gladstone Park which is. a beautiful park for walks or exercise.

Local shops are just a 5 min walk, Willesden High Street has a great variety of shops which is perfect for grocery shopping.

Central London is 15-20 min tube journey away, (24 hour Jubilee line on the weekends) The available room is a great price and great location.

The rent for the room is £570 monthly bills come to around £70-£100.
