Spacious room with queen size bed to let in a friendly flatshare close to Willesden Green tube station (Zone 2 Jubilee line).

Views across 100 acre parkland nearby, Kilburn (theatre, cinema, nightlife) just one tube stop away. Dollis Hill (also Jubilee tube) also close. Two Sainsburys nearby.

Bus 226 stops outside going to either Golders Green or Ealing and there are more buses into central London nearer the tube station.

Flat is a three bed flat with living room and kitchen, all modern fittings, good landlord. Bills are £80-£100 a month all in, varying according to season (winter is more expensive for obvious reasons!)

Existing tenant is moving in with boyfriend. Room is available from 28 March (potentially 1 week earlier but no later). The remaining two of us are late 20s/early 30s professionals (one guy, one girl), we are looking for someone who is sociable but enjoys their own space too.

High standards of cleanliness are a must. No smokers, pets, students, couples etc etc. Look forward to hearing from you! :)
