Creative live / work warehouse, very spacious!

Hey folks,

We have found a really exciting space in Willesden NW, closest underground station Willesden green, zone 2. It is a fantastic live/work space which can easily give all inhabitants plenty of room to flourish in. We are Beth, an artist and Harrison a tailor/designer. The space has a lot of potential and we hope to find other people that are as passionate as we are about developing it into something realy special; our main aim is to have a stimulating space to work in but also looking to put on occasional events involving food, cinema and music and we especially welcome others who share the same aspirations.

There are 6 bedrooms all of which are spacious enough to accomodate couples / sharers, we are looking to share with between 8 -10 people including ourselves and there is a possibility of building extra rooms.

We are undecided as to pricing currently but if we divide equally between:
8 - £150 PW PP
9 - £133 PW PP
10 - £120 PW PP
This includes all bills and councile tax.
To move in one month rent + one month as deposit is required.

As you can see this is an amazing space and there is plenty of interest in it already, we are hoping to get the ball rolling over the next few days so if you have any interest at all please get in touch ASAP!
