Single room in nice flat
I have a single room available to rent. I have been living in the flat for two years. It is a great location, 5 minutes walk to Willesden Green station (jubilee line), which gets you into central London in under 20 minutes, and 5 minutes walk the other way to Cricklewood station, which gets you to St. Pancras in 11 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat with 4 different routes stopping at it.
There are plenty of shops around and everything you need is in walking distance.
The flat is a nice two bedroom with a good sized living room and kitchen. It is clean and bright and is perfect for either a student or young professional. The single room itself isn't enormous but is perfectly comfortable and has a wardrobe, drawers, and duvet already there if needed.
I have just completed my masters and am working as a freelance violinist so have a constantly changing schedule.
I'm looking for someone my age who is easy to get along with, and will help keep the flat clean and tidy.
I enjoy going for a pint, reading, traveling, watching films, exercising, eating, and rugby.
The room's rent is much cheaper than the other room, but bills and everything else will be split equally.
- £500 pcm (single)
