Large Ensuite Room - Willesden Junction

Large ensuite room available in a spacious flat share with 2 girls in Willesden Junction/Kensal Rise. Date can be slightly flexible but we're looking for someone to start paying rent from mid to late June.

£720 for room bills not included. These currently come to around £130 (higher in Winter) per person per month. This includes water, council tax (band D), wifi and energy.

ROOM
Large ensuite room with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Desk, chair and gold mirror pictured are not included.

FLAT
The flat is sharing with two girls, myself and Hannah, both 25. We are chilled and enjoy spending time together and would like to be friends with whoever moves in :) We like to keep the house clean and tidy. Looking for a professional who works hybrid/office based.

LOCATION/AREA
The flat has a great location just a 10 minute walk to Willesden Junction station which has the Bakerloo line and multiple overground train lines giving easy access into central London via Paddington, Baker Street and Oxford Circus and also through to Clapham Junction via Shephards Bush, Richmond, Euston, Stratford and Watford. Also close to multiple buses - 18 that goes into town towards Kings Cross and 220 that gives very easy access to Westfield shopping centre, Shephards Bush and Hammersmith.

There are a couple of highstreets within walking distance, the nearest is a 10 minute walk away and has a Tesco Superstore, Costa, Superdrug etc. In the other direction, Kensal high street has several pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a Cinema.

There are a couple of parks within walking distance and Willesden Junction Sports Centre is located nearby and has a gym, swimming pool and a wide range of classes.
