There are no pets living in the house, however I look after my sister's cute sausage dog, Nina, once a week so need to be happy with this :) Looking for a like-minded professional who is sociable and shares the value of a clean and tidy home. Looking for someone who doesn't work from home or does hybrid working, with 1/2 days from home.

This Double room is fully furnished with a King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk/dresser and a storage cupboard.

Located on a side road off the Green Lanes High Street, close to local boutique shops and cafes. There is a lovely brunch restaurant at the end of the road and Sainsbury's in less than a 5 minute walk away. There are also lovely parks like Firs Farm Wetlands and Grovelands nearby.

10-15 minutes' walk to Winchmore Hill railway station. Commute to major stations including Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate all within 15-30 mins. Otherwise, a bus ride to Southgate or Wood Green tube stations on the Piccadilly Line.

Rent includes all bills (broadband, gas, electricity, tv license, water and council tax). The only additional cost will be a bi-weekly cleaner, which will cost £30 per month.

Would also consider Monday-Friday rental at a slightly reduced rate.
